What we collect

Percensa collects the website URL and email address you submit, payment status from Stripe, technical run data, and the resulting critique. Percensa does not receive or store your complete card details.

How we use it

We use this information to process payment, run and deliver the critique, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve the Percensa Method. We do not sell customer information.

Public websites

Percensa analyzes publicly accessible pages and may retain rendered evidence needed to substantiate the report. Do not submit private systems, pages containing confidential information, or URLs with embedded credentials.

Report links

Reports use cryptographically signed bearer links. Anyone who receives the link can view the report. Email hello@percensa.com if a link must be invalidated or a report deleted.

Website analytics

With your permission, Percensa uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, sample-report engagement, checkout starts, and completed purchases, and Vercel Web Analytics to measure page visits. We intentionally exclude report pages and do not send your email address, submitted website URL, or report content to either service. These services may process device and browser information, pages viewed, approximate geography, and interaction events under the Google privacy policy and Vercel privacy policy.

Retention and requests

Percensa retains reports and operational records while they are needed to deliver the service, support customers, prevent abuse, and improve the product. Payment and transaction records may also be retained by Stripe or as required by law.

To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, email hello@percensa.com. We may update this policy as Percensa evolves and will publish the effective date of any revision here.
