Terms of Use

The service

Percensa provides an evidence-led, AI-assisted creative critique of a publicly accessible website. Findings are professional recommendations, not guarantees of performance, revenue, accessibility compliance, or legal compliance.

Your authority

You may submit a public website whether or not you own it, but you may not use Percensa to bypass access controls, inspect private systems, or process confidential personal information.

Delivery and refunds

If Percensa cannot access enough reliable evidence to complete a credible critique, the run may be stopped and refunded. Completed critiques are generally non-refundable because the digital service has already been performed. To request a review, retry, or refund, email hello@percensa.com.

Acceptable use

You may not abuse the service, attempt to exhaust its infrastructure, reverse engineer protected components, submit malicious URLs, or use reports to misrepresent Percensa’s findings.

Beta limitations

The paid beta may change as the method, interface, pricing, and operational systems are validated. Material customer commitments already purchased will be honored.
